We have many Canadians that visit South Florida at this time of year. They are wonderful people in spite of their strange accents. They, also, bring with them a few strange habits. Being of hardy stock and great lovers of the outdoors, they enjoy being in nature as much as possible. While we Americans are a tolerant lot, we must put our collective feet down. Please, bathe indoors. Aye!
I think the correct pronunciation is 'eh?'.
ReplyDeleteThe weather in Florida allows strange behaviours...
ReplyDeleteWell, at least they're not like those Polar Bear Club members who dive into freezing surf! :)
ReplyDeleteThat little duck doesn't look like any rubber ducky I've ever seen!

ReplyDeleteThat's cute! I guess it is time for the snowbirds.
ReplyDeleteFunny story!
ReplyDeleteThey bathe outdoors here, too.

ReplyDeleteI used to be a polar bear.
ReplyDeleteBathing outside sounds nice.
You want the Cannukes to bathe indoors? Wouldnt a tub be easier? (:::rimshot:::) eh?
ReplyDeleteFunny! And nice find!
ReplyDeleteDoesn't look like a sunny day, so why bath outside anyways?
ReplyDeleteThat's not a real snowbird, is it?
ReplyDeleteyou keep me rollin, b!
ReplyDeleteEr...indoors? People have indoor tubs! Thanks for the info, eh?
ReplyDeleteAn excellent sign for my weird sign collection -- but, what could it possibly be advertising?

Ah, that explains the man up the street who showers with his hose in the driveway... Aboat time I understood that.. Nice duck, nice boat.
ReplyDelete(PS - I'm posting photos of Jacksonville & St. Augustine in the next few days on my http://MOSTLYLACOUNTY.blogspot.com, just in case you haven't seen much of Florida.)
I'm with Bibi, it's better than those Polar Bear club members who take a dip when it's below freezing. Heading south in winter is the smart thing to do. I wonder why I'm not there?
ReplyDeleteI'm a little confused by what teh goose on the boat has to do with plumbing supplies.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Mary on this one.
