This is another example of the colorful foliage we have in the winter. This is the first bloom of the season on my Red Passion Flower vine. It is a very large bloom with intense color. It will continue to bloom all winter and spring. The biological name is Passiflora Coccinea. The "Passion" refers to the passion of Jesus. You can read more about it here if you like.
