BIRDS

I came across some beautiful murals the other day. I will be featuring them for the next couple of days. These are all on a very nondescript building. Had my Yugo not broken down in front of it, I may never have seen them. Well, my loss is your gain.

  1. There must be quite a few (good) out-of-work artists in Fort Lauderdale, and that's everyone's gain. I'm looking forward to the series.

  2. This is something more than our usual mural, the tract and the colors are fantastic and I like the trompe l'oeil effect of the beautiful bird.

  4. Nice bird! I like murals, so I am waiting to see what you've got coming.

If your Yugo keeps breaking down, why don't you just rev up your Edsel?

  8. Got to embiggen this to see how cool it really is! Love the colors, too. I was gonna say I'm sorry about your Yugo, but I'm not really, 'cause you found some good subjects for CDP!

  10. «Louis» is shocked! SHOCKED! to read that your Yugo has broken down again! Why, those Yugos were NOTED for their reliability! That's why they had such staying power in the marketplace! How is it that YOU got the one and only lemon they ever built?!

As Bibi wrote, it may be time to get the Edsel down off the blocks!

  14. Nice mural and poor Yugo. Hope you can get it fixed. In my 10 years of living in US I've only seen a few Yugos (I can probably count them on my fingers) so I wonder how hard it is to find parts for them.
