ACT II, SCENE III

You know, I've often wondered why the faces in statues like this always appear to be so distressed. I guess have your head removed and then put on a stick will cause that to happen. She seems so unassuming;must be a good actress. Maybe it was just their fate.

  4. Yes, kind of reminds me of those popsicle stick masks they make; just eyes and perhaps a mustache.

  5. I always thought it's because it takes so long for the sculptor to finish his masterpiece and the models got tired :-D
