SHE WAS A BIT STIFF
I found these wood carvings at a store in Canada. They aren't the typical thing you would expect to see at a small store. I thought they were interesting and, besides, I haven't been able to get out to shoot much. The staff is a little afraid of the Halloween season.

Possibly storefront figures used for advertising?
ReplyDeleteDid she get a massage from you?
ReplyDeleteDon't blame the staff. She's a bit scary, too! ;-D
ReplyDeleteStiff and with the eyes closed, what a strange pose...
ReplyDeleteA bit bigger than the wood carvings my dad did when he was young. I wonder if there's a version of this with the umbrella up?
ReplyDeleteNo wonder they're outside, if it's a small store! It's okay for the staff to venture outside again. Halloween is over. Oh..but wait...it's election day. You may just want to vote and return home.
ReplyDeleteYou might be stiff, too, with that guy always sneaking up behind you. He would certainly petrify me.
ReplyDeleteShe is fashion, I love her red dress! :)

Nice post. Enjoyed the picture.
ReplyDeleteI hope she has a warm jacket. Looks like she might get cold in the Canada winters!
ReplyDeleteLove how she is ignoring that impish child
ReplyDeleteShe looks a little snooty to me!
ReplyDeleteI don't blame the staff, those ghosts, goblins, witches, & warlocks can be a bit scary when they're all hopped up on sugar!!! LoL!
ReplyDeleteThose are kind of odd.
ReplyDeleteWhat no cigar store Indian?
ReplyDeleteMy goodness! She really is a bit stiff.
ReplyDeleteNice find. Love her red dress.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how and where you find these things B2! Amazing.
