CHRISTMAS CACTUS
This is a picture of a bloom on our Christmas Cactus. Nothing out of the ordinary you say. What is strange, however, our Cactus bloomed at Christmas and is blooming again for Easter. I have nothing to attribute this to. It has never done this before. Anyone out there have any strange plant observations to report?

superb colours.. ! lovely !
ReplyDeleteI see scattered blooms these days, but they are probably due. Nothing like your cactus, for now. Beutiful flower anyway.
ReplyDeleteThis is really strange as they only bloom once a year, whether in Christmas or Easter, depending on the species... Take good care of this one! :-)))
ReplyDeleteIt's a blooming idiot!
ReplyDeleteOr, maybe it's climate change...or maybe it loves you!
It's pretty, I'll say that, too.
It is very pretty! I have never heard of one blooming at Christmas and Easter.
ReplyDeleteThe flower is lovely and the color is a day-brightener.
ReplyDeleteMine is doing the same thing; it's about a week slower than yours. How neat!
ReplyDeleteI tell you...things are weird all over...climate change, you know.
ReplyDeleteLovely!
ReplyDeleteMine is also blooming again. I personally think it is the tender, loving care you and I give them. Mine is a monstrous sized Christmas Cactus which someone gave me about ten years ago because it was too big for here house at that time. She has since gotten a larger house, but I'm not giving it back. I have to say, I like the color of yours better than mine.
ReplyDeleteAs you can see, I saw your post earlier, and I must admit that you inspired my post today. I've been under the weather and had to fall back on an indoor shot.
ReplyDeleteOne of mine did that once. A long time ago, and never again.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's a sign. ???
(LOL!)
