IN DESPERATE NEED OF SUNBLOCK
You know how you always see Santa's sleigh being pulled by reindeer about the size of a real deer or perhaps a small horse. Well, I have it on good authority that the real reindeer employed by S. Claus, Inc., are considerable larger. I happened to see one of them just the other day. He was vacationing here prior to the 'big event.' That whole Rudolph thing is starting to make a lot more sense now.

This poor guy got burned all over. He sure is huge but I guess he would have to be to pull a sleigh full of toys and Santa too. MB
ReplyDeleteI appreciate that you placed the palm leaf so that it covered his backside, otherwise the picture might have been scatalogical.
ReplyDeleteAbout sunblock, looking at the beast: 'We're gonna need a bigger tube...'
ReplyDeleteSunblock and trunks.
ReplyDeleteIt's massive!:)
ReplyDeleteGreat shot!
Léia
What a strange color to make the reindeer!
ReplyDeleteIs it reindeer season? Maybe hes trying to be undercover.
ReplyDeleteHe must be very cold.
ReplyDeleteNice view too. This how Santa sees his reindeer, I guess... butt first! hahahaha!
ReplyDeleteI hope you loaned him some!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, he's almost scary!
ReplyDeleteLOL. Took me a bit to realize how large your sunburnt r-deer is!
ReplyDeleteNow I know what the red one in Versailles is looking for. His mate!
ReplyDeleteI think you'll need a lotta sunsceen bottles. Your reindeer makes me think of the "Rudolph the Red knows rain deer" joke. Thank you for your comments - they're always apprediated.☺
ReplyDeleteHave a very merry Christmas.
Cheers.

Florida seems to have a lot of big animals. Must be the warm weather.
ReplyDeleteHilarious! I hope he doesn't land on my roof, I'm not sure it's that strong!
ReplyDeleteSunburn? I thought someone had thrown him in a pot mistaking him for a lobster. Bring on the butter, forget the sunscreen.
ReplyDeleteI would think that a reindeer that big would scare some small children and help keep them on the straight and narrow at least until Christmas.
«Louis» is rushing a 55 gallon drum of sunscreen to you immediately! Get it to Rudolph post haste!
ReplyDeleteAhh he's huge -- and sneaking up on something through the palm trees!
ReplyDeleteReally like the contrast to the palm trees.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!
What a wonderful site you have here!..my parents live in Vero and I am reminded of them when I see all your interesting pictures of the Sunshine state!
