UP ON THE ROOF ...
You ever have one of those days? You're taking a nice leisurely walk like you do every day, and then you notice it. Yesterday it was a house, today it is a roof. What happened to the rest of it? Did it sink or vanish? I'll be taking a new route tomorrow. Some things are better left a mystery.

Strange things happen overnight in your part of the world.
ReplyDeleteI think that's what they mean by a sunken livingroom
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's just growing and tomorrow there will be an upper...or is it lower....floor.
ReplyDeleteOr, this could be the top of a turf house. Yes, life is full of mysteries. Who are we to ask?!
ReplyDeleteI suspect this house must be built on the edge of a black hole. Be very careful, B Squared.
ReplyDeleteI'll just say... what?????????
ReplyDeleteI always wanted a house like this, kinda like a fort.
ReplyDeleteYou got pyramids with chimney and windows up there...
ReplyDeleteWhoah!!
ReplyDeletewow! you sure live in a sinking town! take care!
ReplyDeleteWeird! I wonder what it's like living underground :D
ReplyDeleteProbably a sinkhole into which the bottom disappeared.
ReplyDeleteSo....are those signs in the ground in the grass in the front(?) of the mystery? Are you going to tell us? Is there an other side? Inquiring minds NEED to know. MB
ReplyDeleteI thought at first some Pharoahs had moved into your neighborhood.
ReplyDeleteI'm curious now, I couldn't understand this picture!Anyway I think the green is wonderful! ;)
ReplyDeleteHugs and happy weekend
Léia
Is this an air-raid shelter?
ReplyDeleteNow I'm curious. And of course, you were right about Earnest the boat . . . oops.
ReplyDeleteWhat is this? Are you going to show us the other side? :-))
ReplyDeleteWow beautiful capture.
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend.
I think they call that a berm home - if indeed there's a house under all of that. Cool!
ReplyDeletePS Lub da offishul Yugo.
ReplyDeleteTalk about Green living! Great photo.
ReplyDeleteHave the Aliens landed?
ReplyDeleteVibrations from the FTLDP Staff Limo (a.k.a. Yugo) as it drove by caused the house to collapse.
ReplyDeleteMaybe they've decided to go underground.
ReplyDeleteThat's quite unusual. I'd like to be able to walk around and take a good look at your mystery roof.
ReplyDeletecheck out that grass! very green & healthy looking. not all weeds.
ReplyDeleteThat is an interesting structure! Do tell. Did grass eat up the rest of the house?
ReplyDeleteHave a great Monday!
Many thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comment. Come visit again tomorrow!
The roof fell in on the Obamunist's "recovery summer"....
ReplyDeleteI like my shades pulled & curtains closed but I don't think I'd like that much darkness... living underground just isn't me! heheheee
