WATER, WATER EVERYWHERE

I saw this contraption on Mackinac Island. There are no motorized vehicles on the island. As such, I would assume it is used for delivering water or possibly it may be a fire engine. Maybe it is used to deliver some other liquid;Vodka, perhaps. Any guesses?

  12. Vodka sounds good but I suspect it was for water to put out fires. :)

  14. I like the combination of lines going several directions. Add the spokes and make that all directions. Vodka would make the vision of lines almost unbearable. So it must be water.

  16. I think anything alcoholic would be much better for us, but not so much if inadvertently used to extinguish a fire...

  19. If you ask me, it looks quite old, like it should be in a museum.
