TRICK OR TREAT OR ELSE

Halloween is one of the more popular holidays in my neck of the woods. There are many parties and lots of public events in addition to the usual door to door candy grabs. People go to great lengths to outdo each other. They work for months designing the perfect costume. I, on the other hand, just go into my closet and pull out the first thing I see. This is my outfit for the big day. If you see me at your door, say hello. It is rather hard to see out from inside it. Better yet, come out and join me. It should be a lot of fun.

As your outfit for the day it's correctly ugly, but as something you could find in a neighbor's garden is worrying...

I miss having kids trick or treat. Fortunately, our school does some Halloween stuff.

If you come by my house, you're not getting any candy. Mine is for the kiddies! ;-)

Nice costume. I do recall some of your neighbors saying how much they like Halloween because you look so much better in your costume than in what you usually wear! ;-)

Have fun!

Busy weekend here .. World Series, Halloween, Marathon ... and the weather? Not cooperating

It cool to have a one piece costume but now do you eat the candy you scare out of people?

Nice choice, but it does look a little cumbersome!

I enlarged the photo to get the full impact of what I might expect to see on Saturday night. SPOOKY! But I'll be sure to say hello if you show up at my door.

This is funny, I'd love to see a picture of your face sticking out of it or even better a movie of you walking from door to door in that thing.

You're going to give us all nightmares if you come dressed like that. I'd hear you clomping up my wooden porch steps before I ever saw you. And then, to open the door and see that towering over me. Yikes. I'd give you all the candy, lock the door, turn out all the lights and hide under the covers.
