FRESH LOX
This is a little bridge in downtown Petoskey, Michigan. The people you see are fishing for salmon that pass by there on their way up stream. You know why they are headed up there, and no, it's not to rent a movie for saturday night. This is my way of saying, I will be heading up to the Northern reaches of the Wolverine state next week. So this will be my last bridge photo till I can find some with a midwest accent. I will be posting for the next few days prior to leaving. So, I hope you will join Louis and some other fine people showing all manner of bridges.Sunday Bridges

Safe and happy travels. Don't forget the bagels and cream cheese.
ReplyDeleteYES! I hope the temperatures will be much more comfortable up north with the wolverines than in the south with the alligators. I'm afraid this summer may not be as cool as the last one was. Fortunately, I have been known to be WRONG.
ReplyDeleteNice little bridge. I wonder how hard it is to catch salmon from such a vantage point.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a good trip. I'll look forward to seeing your Michigan pictures again. And I know you're sad to leave all the heat and humidity behind!
Back up north, eh. Watch out for the 'no-see-ums. What you can't see them!!!!! We'll be lookin' for you. MB
