BASE LINE
On tuesday of last week, I showed you a mural of Jaco Pastorius. Well, the other side of the building has another mural devoted to him. I like this one. By clicking the image, you will be able to see it better. This side of the wall is not visible from the street. It faces into a new park named after Jaco. Last weeks post is visible by clicking here.

Wow nice and cool. I love jazz and guitar.
ReplyDeleteThat's a very nice one.
ReplyDeleteJust finished reading a bit about Jaco Pastorius. What a tragic figure and loss to the music world. Thanks for the introduction; now I have to find some of his music.
ReplyDeleteThis is great: another beautiful mural and a park named after him!
ReplyDeletewow somebody really went to town on this one with the Van Gogh-like background. I checked out Jaco's music and I'd say he was way ahead of his time
ReplyDeleteIt's outstanding,a music trip and good for our soul!
ReplyDeleteI love the colours and tons!
Léia :)
This is so cool, B Squared. Instead of pointilism it's pixelism. You are finding so many murals. I'm starting to suspect you might be painting them yourself.
ReplyDeleteWho would have guessed that Fort Lauderdale would have as many murals as people?!
ReplyDeleteWhat your devoted audience is waiting for is the mural depicting the FTLDP Staff Limo....
He must be really popular there! I like how they painted the whole wall into one big picture ;D
ReplyDeletea neat memorial
ReplyDeleteWOW! That's neat--sort of Van Goghian in parts. Thanks you for sharing it with us.
ReplyDeleteI think Ft Lauderdale needs to call itself the City of Murals ..
ReplyDeleteGee, such a nice mural and not on the street. I hope lots of people see it anyway.
ReplyDeleteJaco and Vincent meet! :)
ReplyDeleteCool! I'll have to check this one out because I LOVE jazz.
ReplyDeleteGreat mural agree. I think it's actually art.
ReplyDeleteJaco is very famous in Fort Lauderdale. But then so are Nathan's hot dogs. ;-)
ReplyDeleteIs someone commissioned to do the murals? Coz they're really good. I'm missing the colours though.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comment. Come visit again.
I like this one.
ReplyDeleteNice mural. I like it, especially as it reminds me a bit of a Van Gogh painting with the swirling moons/stars in it.
ReplyDeleteVery cool. I had a friend who listened to Weather Report when we were younger, so I have probably heard some of his music.
ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful mural. Love it.
ReplyDeleteWow,that I like!:)
