BILL'S FARM MARKET

The harvest is abundant. There are more types of squash than I knew existed. I hope Fall is as beautiful wherever you may be as it is here. We restrict ourselves to no more than three or four visits a week. We have such self-discipline.

  1. Wow!! That is amazing. Squashilicious!! It is beautiful here, too. We had some rain the other day but it is sunny and high 60s to low 70s--just perfect for me. MB

  8. Wow. I never realized there were sooo many varieties of squash! Most of us here don't even make any distinction — we only have one word for it!

    The view is gorgeous!

  9. Ah, exercising restraint in the month of October, are we? Fall has been spectacular here. Then again, it usually is. This is my time of year.

  10. Self-discipline is an important thing to cultivate ... right along with fruits and vegetables. Don't get squashed while shopping -:)

  18. That's quite a collection! Every time we go to the store this time of year, my youngest daughter has to buy a tiny pumpkin. I don't know why she has always been crazy about those!

So you and your wife ski? Where do you go? I think I remember you mentioning needing a new knee. I would assume this causes some problems with trying to ski. My dad has been needing a knee replacement for quite awhile. It has kept him from doing a few hikes around here when he last visited. :(

  25. WOW! Look at that!!!! (And all that sunshine--I guess they are predicting rain for the next week! Bummer!)

B, I'm tied up for sure Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning with the workshops offered.

That leaves Tuesday night, assuming I get there OK, and Wednesday and Thursday until 8.

You know my name--and where I'm staying.
