BLACK CLOUD

Sometimes life just isn't fair. After a horrendous night's sleep, I got out of bed, tripped over the dog, stumbled into the kitchen only to find that we were out of coffee. Well, 'it can't get any worse', I said to myself as I headed out to get my morning paper. I guess you can tell how the rest of the day went from the photo of my car. Yep! No paper, either.

  2. I'm glad that your camera had enough batteries to catch this unfortunate moment. In a day like this, who knows?

  4. Did it poo-poo on your car? Last Saturday at 6, I awoke with a start, thinking I'd be late for work....couldn't get back to sleep...

  14. The no coffeee would be a bummer, but I have to say, that bird on my car would totally brighten my day.

  15. I suppose "Have a nice day" would be unacceptable here.

  17. That IS funny (sorry!) but if MY day had started likes yours did I think I might be serving that bird tomorrow at Thanksgiving dinner and putting up with everyone's praise about the unusual (!) turkey this year.

The coffee alone is almost unbearable but NO paper? Now I would go berserk.

DO have a Happy Thanksgiving. (Next year, be prepapred with a net for the Thanksgiving "turkey."
