HANNIBAL ON HIS WAY TO THE ALPS
The murals are spreading. They seem to be everywhere. This one is on the side of a warehouse. We don't have elephants here, in spite of what you may have heard to the contrary. Nor, do we have mountains. As such, why wouldn't you put them on a wall? And there you have it. Hope you all have a wonderful holiday weekend. Be safe out there!

Are you sure these are the Alps?! ;-) Strange how the trucks seem to want to block the elephant's progress!
ReplyDeleteI like the door that says access.
ReplyDeleteI think Fort Lauderdale must be where old muralists go to retire. You are so lucky to have all of this wall art.
ReplyDeleteMaybe to bring in a touch of the exotic?
ReplyDeleteAnother good find. I don't recall seeing murals when I lived in that area. Hmmm....wonder what's goin' on?!
ReplyDeleteMaybe they are trying to make you jealous of what you don't have?
ReplyDeleteGood thing you didnt park the Yugo there
ReplyDeleteWell I see an elephant and some hills so now you can't say you don't have any. Umm are we making any sense here??? MB
ReplyDeletethat sure is a great idea!
ReplyDeleteI wish some of those murals would spread up here! Have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteMaybe the trucks want to give the elephant a lift...
ReplyDeleteIs that a Yugo truck on the right?
oh.
Yugo didn't build trucks. «Louis» confused GM with Yugo for a moment. Given GMs 'quality' in the last 20 years or so, the Yugo might be more reliable...
Your place is modern and people there are very creative, beautiful mural!
ReplyDeleteBut I'm not sure if it's about Alpes! LOL
Happy weekend

A 'fantasy' mural, but it is quite good anyway!
ReplyDeleteWell, you do have trees and grass and people, so that's something. Maybe the author suffered from elephantitis and wanted to move to the mountains to see if that would help his condition.
ReplyDeleteI like that mural! Love the tree. Why is there an elephant?
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comment. Come visit again. Enjoy a gorgeous weekend!
ha- ha, the comments here are very funny!
ReplyDeleteAnother cool mural!
ReplyDeleteI don't know. It looks very lifelike to me. Especially that monkey in the tree wearing a baseball cap and waving an American flag.
ReplyDeleteIs this a warehouse for the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Baily Circus perhaps? Just a thought.
ReplyDeleteWhen I read the title I immediatly thought of Hannibal Lecter, but then I saw the elephant and realized this Hannibal is much, much older! :-)
ReplyDeleteIt appears that someone is trying to get your attention with this. I'd feel flattered, if I were you.
ReplyDeleteIt's still a great mural!
