MIDNIGHT IN THE GARDEN OF ...
Do you ever wonder what happens to all those old things that you throw away? The old shovel you broke trying to dig out the rock that wouldn't move. Maybe the old rake you broke trying to, well you know but I don't. Some ingenious person retrieved them, cleaned them up, painted them and with a little imagination, transformed them into some pretty cool garden art. I'm sure they sold for a lot more than the sum of their parts. Well some people see things that others don't.

Those are two very strange birds, lot of creativity at work here! The idea is fascinating and probably I have many ready-to-be-discarded things, but simply don't trust my artistic skills...
ReplyDeleteA fun idea indeed. You're probably right, some people manage to sell white, blank canvasses for a lot of money. I always wondered why I never had that talent!
ReplyDeleteWhether you like it or not, it's a clever way of recycling, indeed!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad my old shovel found a new home!
ReplyDeleteAs they say, one person's garbage is another person's treasure...and as P. T. Barnum said, "There's a sucker born every minute."
ReplyDeleteNow that's pretty creative! I like the blue!
ReplyDeleteWow that's pretty clever.
ReplyDeleteFunny and great idea! Yes some people are very creative!
ReplyDeleteCool post

Some people can see right through what is on hand and see way different things.
ReplyDeleteVery creative. MB
I saw a guy on the TV a while back who had filled his garden with stuff he'd picked up from the beach, stuff that had been washed up. Driftwood, old fishing nets, you name it - and his garden was absolutely stunning. I like these items in your photo a lot.
ReplyDeleteLove the title. It's those fairies at the bottom od the garden making off with the stuff.
