CAN IT BE THE CARRIE B
This is the Carrie B. She is available for sightseeing cruises, tours, private charter cruises and boat tours. There has been many a wedding reception on board. She has been here since 1991 and runs three daily narrated sightseeing cruises. It is a good way to see the city from the water. The paddlewheel is just for show.

I guess what tourists want is a paddlewheel, huh? :-)

Great picture!

I was intrigued with the paddlewheel but then I read your text. :-)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I have only seen one alike in Hamburg! Does Carrie B. also cruise in the Carribean?? LOOOL!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter for you too!!!!
Nice shot...and what I like is you get to see parts of the city you really can't see any other way.
ReplyDeleteToo bad the paddlewheel is just for show, but it looks like fun. I had a dinner cruise on a similar ship, but was there with an invalid and could run around.
ReplyDeleteNice shot! :-D
Well, thanks for visiting my blog. Not only do we learn many things we also meet many people. MB
ReplyDeleteNever seen something like this, I'd love to go on a cruise on the Carrie B some day.
ReplyDeleteHey, we could use something like that here! Maybe it is a bit too long to turn in the canals, but it would make a show.
ReplyDeleteVenice of America...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot... i like boat tours.
Nice...
ReplyDelete:)
I'll bet the boat ride is so much fun. It's like having a "chauffer" for an hour or two.
ReplyDeleteThere's a possibility that I'll be in Daytona Beach for a week and when I looked it up it occurred to me I should see how far it was from Ft Lauderdale. I was surprised how far south you are. And how unfamiliar with south Florida geography I am. I'll have to remedy that...
