HEAVY METAL MUSIC

The recycling centers in this area have a person like this keeping an eye on things. He shows you where to put the plastic, glass, metal, and paper. He works tirelessly both day and night. I caught him at a candid moment. He looks somewhat surprised. He really is rather shy.

  1. I believe you because we have met one of these, a bit more human, but he could see through our bags of trash and always caught us putting something in the wrong bin. Now that I see better, yours is more human....

  3. What a novel way to give instructions...clever!

When I follow your comments on different blogs in the mornings, you always make me smile with your pithy comments. Today was no exception. I grinned at many of them!

  4. He has that deer in the highlights look about him! Did you catch him doing something he shouldn't be doing?

  5. Is he more talkative than your friends from the art fair? He certainly looks like a welcoming figure!

  7. He is great and perfect to attract atention to the site. A wonderful contraption. Now if he came alive, like JOAN's sock monkey at http://www.charlestondailyphoto.blogspot.com/, they would really draw crowds.

  11. I never cared much for heavy metal myself, I always thought it sounded kind of tinny.

  12. He also looks as if he got beaten up, he got some dents in his belly.

  13. Actually, he looks frozen stiff. Probably from the last Michigan winter!

  14. What does that sign (or symbol) on his belly say? I did enlarge but my eyes still couldn't quite catch it. It does say something.

As long as it's not death metal , I suppose there's room for all kinds of music. Well, almost.
