LE JOUR DE MERE HEUREUX

Happy Mother's Day to all moms. Wouldn't it be nice to take mom to France for Mother's Day. She would love this little bistro. It is located right on the Avenue Champs-Las Olas. Now you thought I had that confused with the Avenue Champs-Elysees. Not so. This is actually a little bit of Saint-Tropez, not Paris, right here. Just a little something for mom on her day and, the best part, no jet lag. Bring her on down. She'll love you for it.

  1. Lovely place and not so absurdly crowded as many Paris bistros. Oh, but we are in Saint-Tropez...
Nice post and thank you for reminding me of Mother's Day! I forgot, as always.

  3. Oh my, we think alike. Paris is the perfect place for any Mom on Mother's Day!!!!!!! At least I think so. Thank you for stopping by for Skywatch Friday. Just getting around on my lazy Mother's Day to visit the folks who were kind enough to leave me a comment. Wish I could give you some of our Virginia rains. By the way Fort Lauderdale would be my choice for a place to live in Florida. Love all those canals and all the cruises you can catch from there.

  4. It does look like a charming spot for a family on Mothers Day. My family and I had lunch in one of the oldest pubs on the waterfront in Sydney. It, too, was delightful.

  5. Ah, yes. Saint-Tropez in spring time sounds like a wonderful idea.

  8. Seems practical. A limited tour whenever there's inspiration. And no plane to pollute the air.
